Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) allows online cancellation of e-tickets booked through its official portal (rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in). Cancellation charges apply only on the base fare. Other charges such as Human Resource (HR) charges, Accidental Surcharge, Toll Tax, and Octroi (if applicable) are fully refunded.

Refunds are credited only to the original payment method (bank account/card used at booking). No cash refunds are given for e-tickets.

Booking and cancellation facilities are generally available from 00:30 to 23:30 IST.

Once booked, you cannot change the date, time, name, gender, or age of passengers. You must cancel the existing ticket and book a new one.

If you do not travel (no-show), no refund is given.
